Setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Starting March 13, 2026, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be required when authenticating through Okta to access the BDC Filer Interface, BFM Filer Interface, National Broadband Map, or Broadband Funding Map.

For added security, you will be required to set up MFA when logging in, if you've not done so already.

Our systems support different types of MFA, including email, Google Authenticator, Okta Verify, or Okta Fastpass as a form of Phishing-Resistant MFA (PR-MFA).  Refer to the tip sheets below to set up one of these forms of MFA.
